At Pawsome Home, we carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives safely and accurately. Because of this, we do not accept returns for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or no longer wanting the product.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns or provide replacements in the following situations:

1. Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is different from the item you ordered, please contact us so we can make it right.

2. Severe Damage
If your product arrives severely damaged and is unusable, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product's use

• Normal wear and tear

Resolution

If your claim is approved, Pawsome Home may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Do not return an item without receiving return instructions from Pawsome Home.
