1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer due to:

• Shipping carrier delays

• Severe weather

• Holidays

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Other circumstances outside of our control

3. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Pawsome Home is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please first check your tracking information for the latest update.

We will review the situation and do our best to assist you.

5. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives severely damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the shipping package

• A description of the damage

Severely damaged products may qualify for a replacement or refund under our Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable taxes or additional charges will also be displayed when required.
